What do I have to do to prepare for my arrival?
Flight number, arrival time, telephone number.
On arrival we require our guests to give us their flight details and a phone number, it prevents many problems, for example, if the guest booked a transfer and can't find the taxi in the airport. To check in you just need to print out the confirmation letter containing your reference number, all the directions and phone numbers.
What if I arrive late in the evening?
In order to maintain the affortable level of prices, we don't have a 24hour reception. Any guest going to check-in between 23pm and 9am is getting charged 500 rubles for late/early check-in. This money is used for paying staff waiting for you and their taxi home.
I need a visa invitation?

Do I need to get registered when I arrive, how do I do?
You can use our service of visa registration. In order to have your visa registered at one of our B&Bs we need a copy of your passport, visa and migration card. The cost of the procedure is 1200rub/person
Can I leave my bags during the day?
Check-out time in our B&Bs is 12 noon, that means that the room you are occupying have to be free by that time in order for cleaner to know that she needs to prepare the room for the next guest. But you are welcome to leave your bags at the hall, take a spare key for the entrance door and pick up the bags later that day if you have an overnight train or a late flight.
Where do I put the keys when I check out?
People check out at different time: some have their taxi booked for 4AM, some of our guests pick up their luggage at midnight. In order to make the system as simple as possible, we ask our guests to drop their keys in mailbox of the apartment they were staying at.

You can book translator's and guide's services with us. Preferrably, you should do it when you book your stay with us so we would have a chance to have evrything organised for you.
How far are you from the centre?
We are very close from city center. Metro Mayakovskaya is just 50 meters away. You can reach Kremlin by metro in 7 minutes. Or walk there for 15-20 minutes. All the most famous tourist attraction you can reach by walking not more than 15 minutes. There are many cafes, clubs and shops around working 24 hours. It's very safe area even in the night.
I have booked kita inn, but my booking confirmation says Dorothy's?
Sometimes we have overbookings and have to change your allocation. All our places are located 5 minutes walking from each other. We'll help you to move around and carry your bags in case it happens. You price of staying with us will not change if we change your accommodation.
Does the room have ensuit toilet?
No we don't. We are not a hotel and not a hostel. So we provide you nice and comfort stay with us for moderate money. Toilet and bathroom are shared between 2 or 3 rooms, not more than 6 people total. We also have hot water all the year around, while it's common in Moscow that for the summer period it's being switched off for a month. Government do it for repairing old tubes.
Can I pay in Dollars?
We accept payments in dollars, euros or rubles. Our internal exchange rate is 23 rubles for 1 dollar and 37 rubles for 1 euro.
Can I pay with a Visa card?
At the moment we don't accept payments with VISA or any other cards. But as for many guests it's much comfortable to pay with credit card, we are already working on it and in the nearest future you'll be able to pay using your card.
